International Health Certificates

An International Health Certificate is an official document verifying that an individual's health status meets the requirements of a specific country or purpose, often required for travel or certain professions. These certificates are typically issued by a medical professional after a physical examination and may include details about vaccinations, medical history, and other relevant health information. Requirements vary from country to country.

  • The Bilingual Medical Certificate is completed in accordance with the specifications of the International Health Regulations of 2005 (as amended).
  • Applicants must complete a medical history form and be personally interviewed by the doctor.
  • Applicants must undress completely for the exam, and the anal and genital areas must be visually inspected.
  • Laboratory tests are rarely required and are limited to urine and stool studies.
  • Certificates can often, but not always, be issued the same day.

Medical Report for Saudi Arabia

  • The Medical Report for Saudia Arabia is completed in accordance with the requirements of the Health Authorities of Saudi Arabia.
  • Applicants must be personally interviewed by the doctor.
  • Applicants must undress completely for the exam. Men must be checked for hernias, which involves visualization of the genital area.
  • Many common and exotic laboratory tests are required, including bloodwork, and urine and stool studies. Results can take up to 3 weeks. The expenses are included in our global fee. Medical insurance is not accepted.
  • A chest x-ray is required. The fee is not included in our global fee (this is a separate charge) but is usually covered by medical insurance. The cost without insurance is about $130 and payable to the x-ray facility designated for our site.
  • Certificates are issued in triplicate (as required) and never on the same day, as the laboratory tests alone can take 3 weeks. Certificates are usually issued in about 4 weeks.
  • The global fee for this service is $1,000 in advance by credit card and includes all required laboratory tests (but not x-rays—see above). Medical insurance is not accepted.
  • Appointments are non-cancellable, and all fees are non-refundable.
